Clothing & Footwear Warehouse Worker – CCC

👥 Who we are looking for: Men, women, and couples
📍 Work locations:
• ul. Royal 1, Polkowice
• Naukowa 15, 66-002 Nowy Kisielin (Zielona Góra)
📌 Age: 18–55 years

💰 Salary:

• Under 26 years old (students): 30.5 PLN/hour net
• Over 26 years old: 24.5 PLN/hour net

⏰ Work Schedule:

5 working days per week
3 shifts (8–12 hours):
• 06:00–14:00
• 14:00–22:00
• 22:00–06:00

🛠 Job Responsibilities:

• Working with a scanner
• Picking orders according to the packing list
• Preparing orders for shipment to stores
• Quality control
• Picking and packing products
• Labeling and sorting merchandise
• Receiving and loading goods

➡️ Most men work in the loading/unloading department.
➡️ Full training and instruction are provided upon arrival.

Departments:
• Przyjęcie/Wysyłka: receiving or loading goods (mainly for men)
• R-Sort: receiving items, checking for defects, scanning barcodes
• Pack: packing online orders
• Pick: collecting orders with a terminal and organizing them according to the system

Requirements

🏠 Accommodation:

400–500 PLN/month deducted from salary
Hostel rooms for 3–4 people (single beds).
Facilities include shower, toilet, kitchen, washing machine, and provided bedding.

🚌 Transport:

Free transportation. A company bus takes employees from the hostel to work and back.

👕 Work Clothing:

Provided: safety shoes and vest
Bring your own: long pants, sweaters/hoodies (temperature: +18°C in winter, up to +25°C in summer)
⚠️ Phones, jewelry, and cigarettes are forbidden in the working area.
