Warehouse Packer for Clothing Brand
Location: Swarzędz, 14 km from Poznań.
Who we need: men, women, couples (experience not required).
Age: 18–60.

Work Conditions

Pick Process (Order Picking)

• Collecting orders using a scanner and trolley.

• The scanner shows the location of each item; worker finds it, scans it, puts it in the trolley and continues.

• Fast-paced work with performance norms.

• Up to 15 km of walking per shift.

Pack Process (Packaging)

• Packing items collected in the warehouse.

• According to the order on the computer, items must be neatly placed into the box and packed according to standards.

• After packing, place the box onto the conveyor.

• Tasks: folding clothing, attaching stickers, packing.

• Standing work, fast pace, with norms.

Training provided by Russian-speaking coordinators. Polish language is NOT required.

Requirements

Accommodation

• 550 PLN deducted from salary (hostel in Poznań).

• Rooms for 4 people (shower, toilet, kitchen, washing machine, provided bedding, bunk beds).

• If using your own accommodation: extra 250 PLN deduction.

• Couples: separate room – 1100 PLN per person from salary (2200 PLN per couple).

• Transport to work: free. Shuttle bus from hostel to workplace and back.

Salary

Rate for candidates under 26 years old:

• 27.3 PLN/hour net — when meeting maximum norms.

• Medium norm: 26.3 PLN/h, low norm: 25.8 PLN/h, below minimum norm: 24.90 PLN/h.

Rate for candidates over 26 years old:

• 26.3 PLN/hour net — when meeting maximum norms.

• Medium norm: 25.3 PLN/h, low norm: 24.8 PLN/h, below minimum norm: 23.90 PLN/h.

Rate for students:

• 33.8 PLN/hour net — when meeting maximum norms.

• Medium norm: 32.8 PLN/h, low norm: 31.8 PLN/h, below minimum norm: 30.5 PLN/h.

Candidates under 26 can be registered as students.

Future model: salary is 2 PLN/hour higher.

Salary depends on performance norms (units collected per hour).

Work Schedule

• Shifts: 8–12 hours, 5–6 days per week, day and night shifts.

• Up to 3 additional days off per month.

• Breaks:

  • 8-hour shift → 1 break (30 minutes)

  • 12-hour shift → 2 breaks (30 min + 15 min)

Additional information

Additional Info

The warehouse has a large canteen with fridges and microwaves, vending machines with sandwiches and coffee. You may go outside during breaks.

Contract

• Umowa zlecenia, salary is paid on the 20th of each month to your bank card.

• Notice period: 2 weeks. If leaving without notice, a penalty applies.
