Sushi Factory Packer
Location: Robakowo, 10 km from Poznań.

Who we need: men, women, and couples (experience not required).
Age: up to 55 years old.

Job Description:

Work in sushi production and packaging. Tasks include working on the production line (adding rice, fish, or sauces, quality control, packaging finished products). Responsibilities depend on the specific production process.
The temperature in the production area is 6–8°C.
Training is provided in Russian. Polish language is not required.

Every day during lunch break, employees receive free soup.

Requirements

Salary:

• Under 26 years old: 25 PLN/hour net

• After 26 years old: 24 PLN/hour net

• Students: 30.50 PLN/hour net

• Sunday work: +50 PLN/day

• Future model employment: +2 PLN/hour to the base rate

Work schedule:

Shifts of 8–12 hours (extra hours and overtime available), day and night shifts, 6 days per week.
The factory has a canteen and vending machines with food and drinks.

Transport:

Free transportation. A company bus takes employees from the hostel to the factory and back.

Accommodation:

• 600 PLN/month deducted from salary

• Hostel rooms for 4 people (bunk beds, shower, toilet, kitchen, washing machine, bedding provided)

• If using your own accommodation – extra 250 PLN

Contract:

Umowa zlecenia
Salary paid on the 20th of each month to your bank card.
A 2-week notice is required before resignation, otherwise a penalty applies.

Additional Information:

• No eyelash extensions, artificial nails, or facial/hand piercings are allowed on production.

• Work clothes and shoes are provided for free.

• We arrange a sanitary-epidemiological book; 250 PLN is deducted from the first salary for it.
