Furniture & Mattress Packer

📍 Location: Swadzim, 10 km from Poznań
👥 Who we need: men, women, and couples (experience not required)
📌 Age: 18–45 years

🏠 Accommodation:

• 550 PLN/month deducted from salary

• Hostel in Przeźmierowo (4 km from the workplace)

• Rooms for 4 people (bunk beds, shower, toilet, kitchen, washing machine, bedding provided)

• Extra fee for own accommodation: 250 PLN

• Couples: separate room – 800 PLN per person (1600 PLN per couple)
  🚍 Transport: free company bus from the hostel to work and back

🛠 Job Duties:

• Furniture picking

• Packaging and preparing furniture for shipment

• Loading furniture
  Full training is provided by Russian-speaking coordinators.
  Polish language is not required.

Requirements

💰 Salary:

• Under 26 years old – 24.9 PLN/hour net

• Over 26 years old – 23.9 PLN/hour net

• Students – 30.5 PLN/hour net

• Future model employment – +2 PLN/hour

⏰ Work Schedule:

• 10–12 hour shifts

• 5–6 days per week

• Day shifts: 7:00–18:00

• 30-minute lunch break

👕 Work Clothing:

We provide BHP shoes and fleece jackets.

🍽 Workplace Amenities:

• Canteen with refrigerators and microwaves

• You may go outside during breaks

📄 Contract:

Umowa zlecenia
Salary is paid on the 20th of each month to your bank card.
Two-week notice is required before resignation; otherwise a penalty applies.
