Fence Panel Production Worker – Paint Shop (Lakiernia)

Location: Lublin

Work at a factory producing metal fence panels (fencing sections).

Requirements

• Men only

• Candidates from Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan

• Must understand basic Polish

• Physical strength required – heavy work (carrying fence panels weighing up to 45 kg per pair; two people lift and carry together)

• Good eyesight and a healthy back are necessary

• Age: 18–35

Job Duties

Paint Shop (Lakiernia)

• Hanging metal parts on hooks before painting

• Removing painted metal parts after the machine finishes the coating process

• The painting process is fully automated

Requirements

Salary

• Over 26 years old: 24.5 PLN/hour net

• Under 26 years old: 25 PLN/hour net

• Students: 30.50 PLN/hour net

Work Schedule

• 8-hour shifts, 3-shift system:

  • 06:30–14:30

  • 14:30–22:30

  • 22:30–06:30

• 30-minute break included in paid working hours

• Work pants and safety shoes are provided

Accommodation

• 500 PLN deducted from salary (Lublin city)

• Hostel: 3–4 people per room

• Using your own accommodation → extra 250 PLN

• Must have your own bedding and dishes (bedding can be provided if needed)

Transport

• Free transport — shuttle bus from hostel to workplace and back

Contract

• Umowa zlecenia

• Salary paid on the 20th of each month

• Required 2-week notice before resignation; otherwise a penalty applies

Sanitary Booklet & Work Clothing Fee

• If the worker stays longer than 1 month → no charge for sanitary booklet and work clothing

• If working less than 1 month → 300 PLN deducted
