Location: Swarzędz, 14 km from Poznań

• 550 PLN deducted from salary

• Hostel in Poznań

• Rooms for 4 people (shower, toilet, kitchen, washing machine, bedding provided, bunk beds)

• If using your own accommodation → extra 250 PLN

• Free transport — shuttle bus from hostel to work and back

Job Description

Outbound Process (Final Order Stage)

This is the final stage of order processing, where products are prepared for shipment to stores across Europe.

Tasks:

• Boxes with clothing and accessories move along the line

• You must take a box from the line (up to 15 kg)

• Scan it with a handheld scanner

• Carry the box to the correct pallet and place it there

Russian-speaking coordinators provide full training.
Polish language is not required.

Requirements

Salary

• Under 26 years old: 25.5 PLN/hour net (maximum norm met)

• Over 26 years old: 24.5 PLN/hour net (maximum norm met)

• Students: 30.5 PLN/hour net (maximum norm met)

  • Candidates under 26 can be registered as students

Facilities

• Large canteen with fridges and microwaves

• Vending machines with sandwiches and coffee

• Outdoor access during breaks

Work Schedule

• Shifts 8–12 hours, 5–6 days per week

• Day and night shifts

• You may take 3 additional days off per month

• Breaks:

  • 8-hour shift → one 30-minute break

  • 12-hour shift → two breaks: 30 minutes + 15 minutes

Contract

• Umowa zlecenia

• Salary paid on the 20th of each month

• Resignation requires 2 weeks’ notice — otherwise a penalty applies
