We provide full accommodation for our employees

We have accommodation in every city where we offer jobs. All our job offers include a bonus in the form of a room in an employee hostel, so the employee doesn’t have to worry about finding housing.
All employees who live in our hostels as part of cooperation with Optimum GO are additionally transported to the workplace directly from the hostel. We provide stable employment, accommodation, and transport to the workplace!
Transportation to the workplace is provided by a company bus and is free of charge. Departure takes place at a pre-arranged time.
The cost of accommodation is deducted from the employee’s salary and is significantly lower than what you would pay for renting a flat on your own.
OptimumGO only works with hotels that maintain a high standard of accommodation. All rooms have access to a bathroom and kitchen. The employee hostels are located in places that make it easy to shop independently in the city. We guarantee a peaceful rest after work within the hostel area.
The rooms are fully equipped with beds, bedding, and furniture.
All employees are free to arrange their own accommodation – they can rent a flat or room on their own or arrange to stay with relatives or friends in advance. In this case, the employee must arrive at the designated meeting point from where the company bus departs directly to work.
Foreigners who want to legally rent a flat in Poland only need a photo ID (ID card, passport, or driver’s license).
