How does the employment process for our job offers work?

Our website contains a list of job offers that our recruiter can advise you on. Once you choose a position, the document preparation process begins. We start preparing an invitation for border crossing/visa application.

During this entire process, our recruiter stays in touch with you. The invitation is issued within 10 working days.

If you need a visa to cross the border – immediately after receiving the invitation, you apply for the visa. After receiving the visa, the date of your arrival is agreed upon with the recruiter. As soon as you arrive – the contract is signed, and you start work within a few days.

If a visa is not required – after receiving the invitation, you agree on your arrival date directly with the recruiter.

To cross the border, citizens of Belarus need the following documents:

• passport
• valid visa
• medical insurance policy for the duration of stay
• invitation from a Polish employer

For citizens of Ukraine:

• passport

For citizens of Moldova and Georgia:

• passport
• invitation from a Polish employer
